Absolutely wonderful experience. Very professional and efficient crew that finished the job within the time promised. Found some glue residue on the counter after they left and a technician was sent back within two days to remove. This technician then gave us tips on how to keep the counter like new. Great service an LOVE my new countertops.
This was our first experience buying a new quartz counter top, so we had lots of questions thru the entire process. A few days after purchasing the counter tops at Home Depot, we received a call from the McDermott project lead. We visited about the steps that they do before, during, and after installation.The gentleman who came out to do the measurements was very polite and professional. He had a very high tech measurement system. Took about 45 mins. A couple days later we received a call from the production manager needing us to ok the measurements and set up installation dates. The 2 gentlemen who did the installation we very professional and knowledgeable. They did a very good job. We are very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend McDermott for future countertop jobs!
I was very happy with McDermott Top Shop. Very professional, courteous and informative. The in-home measure appointment was very impressive as they did it with lasers. The end product was amazing and the install was less than 30 min. I highly recommend this company. They even gave us a cutting board made from the sink cut out.
